All EarthCraft House and EarthCraft Renovation projects are subject to a $150.00 Project Administration and Certification fee (online payment) that you must pay before the project can receive certification; the fee is $200 if invoiced and/or paid by check. The fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee that a project will certify. If you select to pay now, you will be requested to enter your credit card information to pay the Project Administration and Certification fee using our secure and encrypted site. If you select that you would like to pay later, EarthCraft will email you an invoice for $200.00 per project that you can pay by mailing a check to the address listed on the invoice. The Project Administration and Certification fee covers the costs of project administration and quality assurance, technical assistance, and the printing of certificates. Please select a payment option below. Invoices are processed within 3-5 business days.

Terms of Registration

Please review the "Terms of Registration" before proceeding.  When you select the "Next Page" button below, you will be able to review your project(s) before you submit your registration. When prompted to confirm, you agree that:

(a) Everything that you stated in this form is accurate

(b) The builder is a current member, in good standing, of the EarthCraft program and the builder’s local Home Builders Association

(c) The builder agrees to abide by all requirements and minimum construction standards of the EarthCraft program as articulated in the EarthCraft Manual and EarthCraft Technical Guidelines.  To view these documents visit the Resources page of the EarthCraft website.

(d) Each project eligible for EarthCraft certification will be constructed to meet the line items specified on each project's specific EarthCraft Worksheet

(e) An electronic signature (typed name) will be used in lieu of a written signature on EarthCraft documents

(f) The builder understands that she or he is responsible for scheduling all required inspections with a certified EarthCraft Technical Advisor, submitting required documents to the EarthCraft Technical Advisor by the agreed upon deadlines, and paying all required fees on time. 

If you are an EarthCraft Technical Advisor registering a project on behalf of an EarthCraft Builder, by clicking the ‘Register your EarthCraft project’ button you also agree that the EarthCraft Builder consented to you registering this project on the EarthCraft Builder's behalf and that the EarthCraft Builder consented to all of the above terms.
